Your package transportation

Packages are generally prepared and shipped within 2 working days after receiving your full payment. The default carrier used is "Colissimo" (National or International) with a full or partial monitoring throught tracking number and delivered against signature.

In France, parcels are delivered within 48/72h (2 working days) after being registered in a post office. Delivery times aboard depending on country may vary from 7 to 21 working days.

If you want us to use a specific carrier for the delivery (UPS, DHL, FEDEX ...), please contact us before placing your order.

Whatever the chosen shipment method is, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package online partially or fully (depending on contries).

Shipping costs includes packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one single order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will then have to pay postage for each of them if you dont regroup your items in one order.

A special care is always taken to protect fragile parcels. Packages are always oversized and well protected..

Items withdrawal in Shop (Only in Paris)

As part of a withdrawal in store, items are generally packaged and placed in store within 24/48h after receiving your order. If you want a faster availability, please contact us by email or phone before visiting the shop to ensure that your items are ready for pick-up.

As part of a withdrawal in store, no shipping / packaging extra cost will be billed.

If 'Cash on Delivery' was selected at the checkout, it is to be noted that only a reservation was made. This reservation can not exceed 2 calendar days. With no contact from you within 2 days, your order will be canceled and selected items relisted in the shop.

Orders paid online have no time limit. Your articles will be prepared and removed from sale as soon as a full payment of your ite,s has been received.

It should be noted that for all orders withdrawn in shop, the law for online shopping does not apply, but instead  the classic retail laws in place in France. It will be asked to customers to check their items in the presence of the seller, and they are even recommended to try their items on.
