At MADEVA - Paris we work very hard to offer all of our customers a wonderful experience.
So if for any reasons you would not be entirely satisfied with our designs or service, please contact us and we will gladly discuss the matter with you and try to find a solution to satisfy all parties.

1 - According to Article L.121-16 and following of the Consumer Code in place in France (where MADEVA SARL is based and registered), the consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item which does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without any penalty, except for shipment costs. The general condition of the product will be verified by the society's care MADEVA (article should not have been worn, washed or suffers some damages whatsoever) and confirmation of the refund will be sent by email.

2 - Costs of return remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

3 - Refunds/Echanges will be made within 30 working days.
